In a meat rendering plant, making fertilizer, oustside of Redwood Falls, Minnesota, a worker went into
the room-sized "Cuisinart" where whole cows are dumped and liquidized--instantly. The worker was going

A traveling salesman became involved with a notorious town prostitute in Redwood Falls, Minnesota and
drove down to the 'River Road'. The following day they were both found dead from Monoxide poisoning

Priscilla Brayboy and a friend drove down a street in Housten, Texas, looking for her
husband, Joe, whom she suspected of visiting his lover. On spotting a grey Volvo parked
in a driveway, she knocked on the door and began to force her way inside. A resident
heard the commotion, armed himself with a shotgun and shot her dead. When Mrs Brayboy's
friend saw what had happened, she ran down the street screaming and then noticed the
light grey Volvo parked in a different driveway a few houses away.

Hester Fourie, 19, was talking barefoot on the telephone when lightning struck overhead
telephone wires near East London in South Africa on 11 February. She died later in
hospital.

A 56-year-old man tricked his way into a house in Alicante in Spain by saying that he was
a sewing machine technician, and then stole £80 pounds worth of pesetas from a woman. As
she chased him, he tripped, swallowed his false teeth and choked to death.

Micheal Bennett, 22, from Driffield, Humberside, burst into tears after overturning his
'pride and joy', an E-reg Citreon AX, on a bend after he hit some boulders. Hours later
his body was found hanging from a tree by the same rope he had used to tow his car home.

A Treviso wine enthusiast drowned in 500 gallons of home-made wine. Orfeo Agostinetto
drank too much of the previous year's wine and fell into the new vat he had just made.

Francis McCorry, a civil servant age d38, of Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, suffocated when
his head jammed in a wash basin on 12 November 1991. A policeman broke into the house and
found Mr McCorry slumped in the basin with his head under the tap which had not been
turned on. The inquest recorded an open verdict.
